Parent-teacher interviews are held in late Term 1 & early Term 2.

 

These interviews take place 2 weeks prior to the Semester 1 assessment weeks.

 

The sequence is generally Term 1: Years 11 & 12 and Years 8 & 10. Early Term 2: Years 9 & 10.

 

An email is sent to parents/guardians 1 week prior to each interview session.

 

This may vary from year to year and depends on the length of school terms and when assessment weeks are scheduled.

 

Parents/guardians may contact teachers throughout the school year if there are concerns regarding student progress, etc.
